Jillian Hovey is a facilitator of regenerative systems design who has been working in and with eco communities for 25 years.  She helped to form the Ecovillage Network of The Americas, and of Canada in the late 90s, and has worked in almost 30 countries on 3 continents.
Grounded in traditional biophysical permaculture, Jillian has long recognised that the human ecology is where the energy gets stuck in community systems.  Her practice as a whole systems reader supports people in coming to greater awareness of their internal landscape, and that of the human systems they are a part of. Jillian believes that ecological literacy in the often “invisible landscapes” of human ecology is a high-leverage skill that is much needed to help to grow healthier communities, and it is core to her teaching, consulting, and mentorship.​
