Workshop in English: Huge amounts of energy are wasted on violence, when people fight for unreasonable changes or against reasonable ones. Particular individual and group dynamics are required for deep and meaningful change to take roots and develop. We will delve into the field of change and investigate how to recognise emerging changes which are worth the effort, and how to avoid investing energy in futile changes.
